Refund & Return Policy
Physical Products
We stand behind the quality of our educational materials. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your book or printed material arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with your order number and photos of the damage. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
Wrong Item Shipped: If we send you the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will ship the correct item at our expense or provide a full refund.
Unopened Returns: Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping costs. Items must be unopened and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Opened or Used Products: Due to the nature of educational content, we cannot accept returns on books or materials that have been opened, read, or used.
Digital Products
No Refunds: All digital products, including PDF downloads, video courses, and online programs, are non-refundable once access has been granted. This is due to the immediate nature of digital delivery.
Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties accessing your digital content due to an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will resolve the issue or provide a refund if we cannot deliver the product as described.
Exceptions: Refunds for digital products may be considered on a case-by-case basis for duplicate purchases or billing errors only.
