Domestic Shipping (United States)

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Media Mail depending on package size and destination. Shipping method is selected at our discretion to provide the best balance of cost and delivery speed.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery is 3-7 business days after shipment. Actual delivery times may vary based on USPS performance and your location.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Free shipping may be offered on select promotions.
Tracking: Tracking numbers are provided via email once your order ships. You can track your package directly through USPS.com.
Institutional Shipments (Correctional Facilities)

We ship educational materials directly to prisons, jails, and detention centers nationwide.
Special Requirements:

Facility Approval: It is the responsibility of the recipient or facility to ensure our materials meet their institution's approval requirements. We cannot guarantee acceptance by all facilities.
International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available. We only ship within the United States and its territories.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it:

We will work with USPS to investigate. Replacement shipments may be sent after investigation concludes, at our discretion.
Digital Products
Digital products require no shipping and are delivered instantly via email upon purchase confirmation.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be made after an order has shipped.
