Order Cancellations

After Shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. You may return the item under our return policy if it meets the eligibility requirements.

Digital Product Orders: Digital product orders cannot be cancelled once access credentials or download links have been sent, which typically occurs within minutes of purchase.

Subscription Cancellations (If Applicable)

You may cancel any subscription service at any time before your next billing cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period. No refunds are provided for partial months or billing periods.

 

Institutional Orders
