The pathway is staged. Learning starts inside, continues at the transition home, and keeps going on the road. Participants stay supported until they can stand on their own—there's no set end date.

The Pieces We're Building
TRANSITION HOME
A four-bedroom home in San Antonio with a live-in house manager. A stable, structured place to land in the first weeks after release.
BTS LOGISTICS
A carrier-launch program that takes participants from zero to a legally operating freight business on a cargo van path.
DISPATCH & SUPPORT
Dispatch runs through the program, so new drivers have someone in their corner while they learn the business.
LEARNING ON THE ROAD
G.I.F.T. continues online once drivers are on the road, followed by the Foundation Laws series.
MORE TRADES AHEAD
Logistics is the first trade. More will follow through trade school, barber school, college referrals, and scholarships.
